A professional licensing evaluation report determines an individual’s United States educational equivalency for professional licensure purposes. This type of evaluation is tailored for those applying to state licensure boards.
This type of evaluation report includes the following:
- The application number and completion date.
- Personal information, name, and date of birth
- An evaluation summary that includes: the institution name and country, the type of program completed, the amount of time attended, the type of degree(s) or certificate(s) earned with its United States equivalence and comments, and the date these credentials were awarded.
- A detailed list of courses taken in your major or minor area of concentration, listing each subject completed with its grade point average adjusted to the United States educational (4.0) scale, along with the credits earned for the course
